Lost and Found Psychotherapy

Lost & Found

A Space for Psychotherapy & Being

Qabila: Psychotherapists’ Retreat

Overview

Qabila is Lost & Found’s therapists’ retreat. It is designed as a small, thoughtfully held space where therapists come together for psychoanalytically informed conversations, reflective group work, creative exercises, rest, and shared time away from the pace of ordinary life. Qabila is for people who want more than a break. It is for those looking for depth, perspective, emotional room, and a different quality of encounter with themselves and others.

What This Workshop Will Explore

Qabila usually unfolds over a retreat format and may include:
  • facilitated group conversations and reflective baithaks
  • psychoanalytic explorations around identity, relationships, longing, conflict, fatigue, desire, and selfhood
  • creative and experiential exercises that help participants think and feel beyond ordinary discussion
  • structured time for pause, journaling, wandering, rest, and integration
  • shared intimacy over meals and informal moments of connection
  • a carefully curated group atmosphere that allows for privacy, thoughtfulness, and genuine exchange

Who This Is For

What the experience makes possible
  • stepping out of routine and demands of clinical work
  • Connecting with other therapists without the garb of performance
  • returning to parts of yourself that daily functioning often pushes aside
  • experiencing rest, conversation, and reflection in the same container

Important Note

It is an invite-only event to ensure the attunement of the group. Please write to us if you’re interested in our next chapter.
