Refund Policy

At Lost & Found Psychotherapy, we are committed to providing professional and timely mental health services. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy as outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for therapy sessions, consultations, or packages are non-refundable.
Once a session is booked and payment is completed, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you. As such, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with the session
- Missed or unattended sessions
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated.
Repeated rescheduling may result in cancellation of future bookings at our discretion.
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be considered utilized.
No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
4. Therapist-Initiated Changes
In the unlikely event that a therapist needs to cancel or reschedule a session:
The client will be offered an alternative time slot, or
A credit for a future session may be provided
5. Technical Issues
If a session is significantly disrupted due to technical issues on our end:
- The session may be rescheduled at no additional cost
Issues arising from the client’s device, internet connection, or environment will not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.
6. Packages & Multiple Sessions
Payments made for therapy packages or multiple sessions are non-refundable.
Unused sessions cannot be refunded or transferred.
7. Policy Acceptance
By booking a session and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
