Postscript: A Reflective Practice Group in collaboration with Hank Nunn Institute
Overview
Postscript is an experiential group for therapists. It is a handwoven project created out of the need & desire for a community amongst therapists, where the field does not render us isolated in our journeys. Designed with Hank Nunn Institute, it is built around the emotional and associative afterlife of an experience of the clinical work, what stays with us after the session is over, after the work has moved, after the obvious meaning has been said. It offers a place to return, think, feel, connect threads, and notice what is still speaking. What This Workshop Will Explore
-
Writing about professional impasses and stuck points
-
Reflecting on failure, doubt, and oversight in practice
-
Attending to fear, desire, and vulnerability in one’s work
-
Exploring what remains unacknowledged or uncelebrated
-
Developing practices of reflection that support sustainability
-
Sharing and witnessing experiences within a collective space
This is not a supervision group or a skills-based workshop. The focus is on reflection, writing, and thoughtful engagement with lived professional experience.
