Lost and Found Psychotherapy

Lost & Found

A Space for Psychotherapy & Being

Let’s Untangle the Thoughts You’ve Been Avoiding.

Come exactly as you are, with all your thoughts, worries, and unfinished stories. Together, we’ll sort through the rest gently and honestly, one real conversation at a time, without pressure or judgement.

Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.

A Space for Honest, Unrushed Healing

Lost & Found began as a soft, creative urge and a warm, almost tender feeling — a space for the parts of us that drifted off somewhere along the way. It exists for patients, clinicians, and humans alike, offering a therapeutic engagement with the complex, unconsoled self. Here, we gently untangle what’s been knotted, give voice to what’s been quiet, and make room for healing to unfold in its own time.

What We Do?

Psychotherapy

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy is a recognized method of working with emotional difficulties, relational conflicts & underlying trauma. Crafted with care, it is a long-term process of diving deeper into unconscious patterns & self-awareness that can significantly alter the way we function within & out.

The In-Betweens

Testimonial

Therapy with Lost & Found helped me understand parts of myself I had ignored for years. The space felt safe, gentle, and deeply grounding. I walked in overwhelmed and walked out with clarity I didn’t know I needed.
