Lost and Found Psychotherapy

Lost & Found

A Space for Psychotherapy & Being

Overview

Inner Stories Circle is a therapist-led space where we slow down and listen to what our inner stories are trying to say. Through guided reflection and gentle conversation, we explore emotions, patterns, and experiences that often stay in the background of daily life.

This isn’t a lecture or a training. It’s a soft, steady space to be with yourself and others a little more honestly, without pressure to perform or “fix” anything immediately.

What You’ll Experience

Space to pause and notice what you’re feeling beneath the surface
Gentle, guided prompts to reflect on your inner stories
Tools to better understand and name what you’re going through
A calm, grounded atmosphere held by a psychotherapist

Who This is For

This circle is for anyone who feels emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly carrying a lot inside. You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear story — just a willingness to be present with whatever is showing up for you.

You’re welcome whether you’re new to therapy, already in therapy, or simply curious about exploring your inner world in a safe, supported way.
